  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2-3 days from the product delivered date

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached

Return Process

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 2-3 days of product delivery

  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Include the RMA number and original receipt with the return package

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returned items should be sent to our designated return address

Return Policy for International Customers

Return Window

  • International customers have 45 days from delivered date to initiate a return

  • This extended window (compared to our 30-day domestic policy) accounts for longer shipping times

Eligible Items

The following conditions must be met for returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Products must be free from perfumes, deodorants, or other scents

  • Wool items must show no signs of moth damage, pet hair, or other contamination

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized woolen products

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Intimates and undergarments

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper care

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

Return Process for International Orders

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • Email lm@gyglocallymade.net with your order number and reason for return

  • Include clear photos of the items you wish to return

  • Our team will review your request within 48 hours

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • If approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number

  • We'll provide detailed return instructions specific to your country

  • For certain high-value orders, we may arrange a pickup service

Step 3: Packaging Guidelines for Wool Products

  • Clean items thoroughly but do not wash

  • Ensure items are completely dry to prevent mildew during transit

  • Fold neatly to prevent wrinkles and stretching

  • Use moth-repellent paper if available in your region

  • Package in a sealed plastic bag before placing in shipping box

  • Include your RA number prominently on the outside of the package

Step 4: Shipping Your Return

  • Insure valuable items for their full purchase price

  • For returns over $200 USD, we recommend using DHL, FedEx, or UPS

Special Considerations for Woolen Products

  • Wool Shrinkage: Items showing signs of improper care (shrinkage from washing) cannot be returned

  • Color Bleeding: Natural dyes in some wool products may have slight color variations which are not defects

  • Moth Damage: Returns showing evidence of moths will be rejected

  • Natural Fiber Variations: Slight variations in handcrafted wool textures are natural characteristics, not defects

International Exchanges

Due to shipping complexities and customs considerations, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. Please:

  1. Return the unwanted item for refund

  2. Place a new order for the desired item
