  • Standard order processing: 1-3 business days

  • Custom or handcrafted woolen items: 3-5 business days

  • During peak winter season (October-January): Please allow 2-4 additional days for processing

Packaging for Woolen Products

All international orders are specially packaged to:

  • Protect against moisture damage

  • Prevent moth infestation

  • Minimize wrinkles and compression

  • Reduce volume while maintaining product quality

Premium vacuum packaging is available upon request for bulkier woolen items at an additional charge of USD $5 per item.

Weight Restrictions

  • Standard international packages: Up to 5kg

  • Larger orders may be split into multiple shipments

  • Bulky woolen items like blankets and heavy shawls may incur additional shipping charges

Customs & Import Information

Customs Declaration

All packages will be declared as "Merchandise" with the actual purchase value. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare lower values than the actual purchase price.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import regulations for wool products before ordering.

Common Import Considerations for Wool Products

  • European Union: Wool products typically incur 8-12% import duty plus VAT

  • United States: Wool garments may be subject to textile tariffs between 11-25%

  • Canada: Textile products including wool typically incur 18% duty

  • Australia: Strict biosecurity controls on wool products; may require certification

Tracking Your Order

All international orders include tracking. You will receive:

  • Initial tracking notification when your order ships from our Delhi facility

  • Estimated delivery timeframe based on your location and chosen shipping method

  • Updates when your package clears customs (when available)

International Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions or high rates of lost packages. Currently, we do not ship to:

  • Countries under international sanctions

  • Areas with ongoing conflict

  • Regions with known delivery issues for textile products
